WXPN brings Geno Delafose to the Commodore Barry Club on Friday

WXPN and Allons Danser are excited to welcome Geno Delafose & French Rockin’ Boogie to the Commodore Barry Club in Mount Airy, Philadelphia this Friday, May 29th.

Known as the Creole Cowboy, Delafose’s music is inspired by life on a Louisianan ranch. His 2007 record Le Cowboy Creole was nominated for Grammy, following a handful of albums released on Rounder Records throughout the 1990s.

Admission: $20, Students: $10 with valid ID
Beginner Zydeco Dance Lesson 7:30 PM
Intermediate Lesson 8:15 PM
Live music & dance: 8:30
New dancers welcome. No partners necessary.
